Medical Emergencies

We hope that medical emergencies won’t happen, but if they do:

  • Owner gives full right for Twin Cedars Cat Resort to determine if a cat requires medical attention.

  • Owner gives Twin Cedars Cat Resort the right to provide alternative veterinarian care if the cat’s listed veterinarian cannot be reached.

  • Twin Cedars will make every effort to contact the owner and/or emergency contact to update you on the health of your cat, so you are able to make decisions along with the veterinarian.

  • In the event that we are unable to contact you, Twin Cedars Cat Resort will make medical decisions based on advice provided by the veterinarian.

  • The owner will reimburse Twin Cedars Cat Resort for the full amount of the veterinary expenses, including a $50 charge for each trip to the veterinarian.
